As a Pamp;C/Recruitment Intern, you’ll help provide administrational support across the People and Culture team. This would include managing the flow of candidates through our CMS system, scheduling interviews and helping to source for open positions. The successful candidate will also work closely with the People and Culture Manager, helping to respond to business requests and actively ensuring our people have an outstanding employee experience.
Requirements
- Ensuring our CMS system is up to date, making sure all candidates are responded to in a timely manner
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for both hiring managers and candidates
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
