We are looking for a Head of Real Estate - Business Development to join our team in Istanbul. You will grow our apartment portfolio and you will focus on building our apartment supply in selected Istanbul neighbourhoods to further fuel our growth and market presence.

What you will focus on:

  • Business strategy development and planning for the growth of the business.
  • Co-developing business and implementation plans for the business travel and vacation segment
  • Managing relationship with developers, property owners and real estate agents to onboard properties
  • Strategical planning and financial modelling for bidding purposes and investment decisions.
  • Project managing and coordinating with Operations Department for the renovation/ furnishing/ equipping of the apartments
  • Co-shaping the concept/ style/ decoration of the branded apartment concept
  • Travelling around Istanbul, meeting property owners and negotiating competitive deals
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to promote the apartments in the different relevant channels and social media
  • For mid- and long-term, scaling up the organisation and the number of apartments
  • Coaching, mentoring and recruiting the right people for the BD team.

What we are looking for:

  • BSc and/or MSc from a top tier university abroad or in Turkey
  • 10+ years of work experience in finance, hospitality management, b2b sales or real estate/construction
  • Experience of leading people from various backgrounds
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G-Suites), Slack and Microsoft office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and eye for aesthetics
  • Top notch negotiation skills especially in b2b space
  • Energy, be strong team player and "can get things done attitude
  • Entrepreneurial curiosity to drive change independently
