Huawei Turkey Research and Development Center (Ramp;D) Wireless department is working on data management products related software development and innovation projects.

Brief Job Description:

• Participate requirement analysis, high and low level design of requirements, and testing.
• Coordination with other testers for cross-functional requirements tests.
• Resolve issues proactively to deliver high quality products based on customers’ needs.
• Take ownership and responsibility for solutions provided.
• Work with team members collaboratively, complete Test Case Design and reviews and report issues on demand.
• Join to Execution activities (US, SDV and SVT) (functional/non-functional test types)
• Prepare functional test strategy
• Defect tracking

Essential Skills Required:

• At last 5 years testing experience in big software projects
• Candidate should have knowledge and working experience in test techniques and methodologies
• Performance Test frameworks design, development and tool knowledge is required. (with JMeter, LoadRunnere etc.)
• Automation Test frameworks design, develop, execute, and working experience of maintain automated test suites is required (with BDD framework Selenium, Gherkin, Cucember, WebdriveIO, Junit any pytest etc.)
• Environment, plugin installation on VMware.
• Background of Linux operating systems.
• Strong issue analysis and problem solving skill is required.
• Finding technical solutions for challenging problems.
• E2E test process knowledge,
• Using test case design principles for high coverage

Personal Skills Required:

• Agile oriented; focused on delivery and customer first.
• Adaptive; responsive for on-demand changes.
• Communicative; calling before sending e-mail.
• Open; collecting feedbacks and defining actions to improve.
• Good command of English is essential
• Candidate should be graduated with engineering degree from an applicable university
