As WittyCommerce, part of Emakina Group, we are looking for talented Agile Product Owners to join our fast-growing teams at Izmir/Istanbul, delivering global customer experience solutions built on the foundations of agile project delivery and utilization of modern technologies.
As an Agile Product Owner; you will be the most strategic client-facing member of our agile project team and one of project's key stakeholders. You will be working with clients to manage product backlog, prioritize requirements, manage their expectations, leading and coaching project team and delivering high quality solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading agile projects as a product owner and/or as a scrum master
- Experience in delivery of customer experience solutions (i.e. digital commerce)
- Experience in creating wireframes and drawing user journeys/interaction flows, managing product backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong communication skills and excellent command of English as main driver of being able to influence stakeholders and decision-makers*
- Being available to the team and being business savvy as a good decision-maker on customer experience domain
- Able to join strategic discussions with senior executives of the client
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams
- Understanding of best practices in customer experience domain
- Able to define product roadmaps and guide our clients strategically using experience in analyzing data
- Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business

As an Agile Product Owner at WittyCommerce, part of Emakina Group, you will:
- Facilitate and drive workshop sessions for discovery phases.
- Be proactive and suggest improvements on requirements.
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
- Participate in various projects, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, to provide functional and efficient solutions.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
- Work with client teams to prioritize gathered requirements.
- Create business requirements analysis, functional design specifications
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Be able to establish trust relationships with clients
