The bar is high but once you’re in, you’ll be an integral part of an agile development team that we are constructing at Huawei’s second-largest Ramp;D institution outside China, and you will play a key role on one of Huawei Turkey Ramp;D Center`s enterprise software solutions on Huawei Cloud.
About You
You hold a Computer Science degree (or similar) and you’ll maintain a keen interest in emerging technologies and perhaps, in particular, cloud/SAAS-based technologies. You’ll be engaging, passionate, and willing to take on our new product as your daily bread and butter.
Requirements
You are a skilled JavaScript developer with a deep understanding of the latest Internet technologies, a keen engineering intuition, and outstanding communication skills. Additionally, to thrive as a front-end developer at Artificial Intelligence Enablement Department of Huawei you should have:
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in JavaScript development for the Frontend side,
• Strong understanding of modern ECMA Standards (ES6+) and JavaScript working principles,
• Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in Modern JavaScript frameworks: React.js, Angular, Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Web Components, Browser's working principles,
• Good understanding of State Management pattern (Redux, NgRx, Vuex) and TypeScript,
• Ability to use modern front-end tools (e.g. WebPack, Gulp, Babel) to streamline our development and build processes,
• Ability to work with Coding Standards,
• Good technical understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus),
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team,
• Self-motivated; independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams,
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Plus:
• Experience or interest in AI projects.
• Experience in Testing (Unit, Integration, E2E)
• Experience with Backend technologies (e.g. Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Node.js)
Main Responsibilities
• Work with System Engineers to understand/clarify requirements
• Design and develop software products based on coding standards
• Evaluating test results and fixing defects
• Guide and supervise inexperienced colleagues
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
