OPERATIONS PERFORMANCE EXECUTIVE

What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for improving the operations performance (e.g. warehouse amp; courier performance systems such as delivery duration, utilization and costs)
- Develop, maintain, track, and improve delivery process of Getir
- Design KPI Dashboards and metrics that enhance strategic and tactical business decision-making
- Design amp; improve loyalty process of couriers amp; pickers
- Build strategies with Technology, Growth amp; Marketing departments amp; analyze financial efficiency
- Analyze amp; Track franchise cost amp; benefit models
What We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering disciplines
- 4 - 6 years of experience in operations/process development
- Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment
- High ownership to complete complex projects with multiple stakeholder setup
- Proactive and initiative taker to achieve targeted goals in parallel to scheduled timeline
- Strong project management skills to multi-task in between various projects
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- Advanced use of MS Office Programs
- Hunger to learn and relearn
