We are looking to a rockstar Head of Referral Partnerships to build and scale our channel partnerships organization.
We sell the industry’s best patient financing / Buy Now Pay Later solution to medical practices such as dentists, medical aesthetics, veterinarians etc.
Cherry is fully remote.
The Head of Referral Partnerships will have very competitive compensation and a full budget.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy for dominating the healthcare patient financing market
- Form producing referral partnerships with key pharma and medical device companies, associations, and consultants in the healthcare space.
- Build and manage a rockstar referral partnerships team
Requirements
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a referral partnerships role
- Previous success in scaling a referral partnerships or sales team
- 5+ years of experience in referral partnerships or related, at least 3 years as a sales leader
- Ability to calculate partnerships economics
- Ability to think strategically and find out what it takes to close a sale
- Independent worker, self starter
- Experience in working in a startup environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
