VavaCars is setting out to revolutionize the way used cars are traded in emerging markets, by creating the world’s most trusted car transaction platform. Headquartered out of London, with initial locations in Pakistan and Turkey, we aim to provide ease, transparency, simplicity, and trust to buyers and sellers of used cars, which includes consumers, corporates, and franchise- and independent- used car dealers.

Requirements


  • Responsible for daily / weekly / monthly operations analysis and reporting.
  • Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions
  • Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting to develop the improvement plans and create new measures
  • Drive detailed performance analysis of actual results vs budget.
  • Manage the development of all weekly and monthly financial controllership incorporating all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation while communicating actively with your business partners
  • Prepare periodic management reports for operations
  • Monitoring, analysing and forecasting of direct costs
  • Build automatized cross controls within finance and operational costs and processes
  • University degree in Economics / Finance, Engineering or relevant field
  • 5-8 years of relevant finance experience
  • Experience in a similar position in multinational companies is a plus
  • Experience in cost accounting and cost controlling
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills
