Operation Performance amp; Finance Specialist

What You Will Do:
- Deal with the financial KPIs considering the performance metrics to balance financial and operational performance.
- Maintenance and improvement of franchise revenue model
- Identify issues and propose strategies by building financial and business models that enhance strategic and tactical business decision-making,
- Synthesize multiple data from super-fast operations to obtain business insights
- Think without border and define new financial metrics to overcome even challenging business targets,
- Work closely with the Product, Data, Growth amp; Finance teams to develop new way of doing things more efficiently,
- Follow real time data and dynamically take precautions and actions to solve possible crises
- Evaluate product/project profitability and support development of strategic and tactical action plans,
- Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the Getir’s business
What Do We Require:
- Business and Financial modelling capabilities or consulting background would be an asset
- Able to build and deal with complex business and financial models
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and profitability analysis
- Be open to learn and develop yourself every single day,
- Analyze first, strategize second and finally implement!
- Proven track record for analytical skills,
- A personality that rejects and questions established practices,
- Willing to get your hands dirty and own complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Eagerness and qualification to overcome complex business problems,
- Enthusiasm for working in an ambiguous and dynamic startup environment,
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Management), MBA is a plus.
