We are currently hiring a Growth Lead to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of the company's digital growth and user acquisition strategy. Working closely with the Product, Data, Design and Tech teams, you will lead our regional and global growth to build and enhance campaigns through organic and paid media channels, while improving performance in order to grow the company's user base.
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing the digital acquisition marketing strategy.
- Creating the Growth frameworks for the team to operate against, following AARRR and Reforge best practices.
- Owning the testing roadmap for the team to ensure we rapidly test and learn.
- Execute strategies to increase and optimise revenue and user growth for the product
- Work on the awareness, acquisition and activation stages as well as collaborate marketing and product features to drive user retention and referrals
Requirements
- You are someone who thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment
- You’ve grown and scaled other tech start-ups to mass in the past
- Proven track record of growing products through your ideas and experimentation
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You have excellent communication amp; interpersonal skills.
- You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
