Cherry is seeking a creative, proactive designer to develop our marketing assets. You will be working with a wide variety of formats, including online ads, email banners, social media graphics, video and print media. While we don't expect you to necessarily have experience in all formats, we do require that you can learn and adapt quickly!
You are someone who can take the objectives, guidelines and feedback from the marketing team and come up with effective creatives. You will partner with marketers to understand how campaigns performed to test and optimize future designs.
Please note that this is a part-time position, fully remote. Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets based on requirements from the marketing team
- Create consistent visual designs across a variety of channels
- Visually convey our value props to different audiences
- Brainstorm new concepts for testing and optimization
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience developing digital marketing assets. Experience with print media is preferred but not mandatory.
- A stellar portfolio, with examples of direct response / performance marketing ads. Please include at least one example of an animated gif.
- Ability to meet fast deadlines (we're a startup, so things move quickly!)
- Positive attitude, a team player, open to constructive feedback
- Creative and proactive
