Roles Responsibilities
- Over 8+ year of sales (B2B sales) growth and development with a background in Executive Education or having led a HR/Lamp;D Consulting practice with minimum $2m/year in sales in Turkey
- Strong understanding of how to approach, position talent amp; leadership development conversations with CHROs, Lamp;D amp; HR professionals as well as Business/C-suite Executives
- Extensive experience in selling online executive education or blended learning solutions inTurkey
- Strong communication and presentation skills adept at developing, pitching and closing large deals. Gravitas to pitch to CXOs, CHROs, CLOs/Lamp;D, government heads, Talent development heads.
- Ability to develop and position winning proposals to clients in Turkey
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and great to have master’s degree
- Language: Fluentin English amp; Turkish is a must
