Export Specialist / Sr. Specialist who is responsible from flower export in the
Russian Market.About The Challenge
- Conducting the market research and managing the export processes in the Russian Market
- Developing and maintaining efficient relations with vendors in line with company policy and commercial objectives
- Ensuring that export transactions, tracking and checking the accuracy of the data
- Acting as a bridge between the vendors and corporate functions to ensure smooth operations in terms of logistics, stock optimization and customer services
About You
- You have excellent command and proficiency in English (Russian is a plus)
- You’re an excellent communicator and you can manage effective relationships virtually with anybody
- You hold full accountability of your work regardless of your title or position in the team
- You have an insatiable curiosity and a craving for lifelong learning
- You’re a high performer who’s happy to work in an agile, demanding and fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines (Business Administration/Industrial Engineering amp; Education in English will be preferred)
- Minimum 2-4 years professional experience at relevant positions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and excellent time management skills
