DevOps Engineer for Huawei Payment Platform

Looking for passionate devops engineers to power up Huawei’s Payment Platform. At Huawei Turkey Ramp;D Center, we recognize what it takes to be world-class and we are looking for like-minded people to join our journey to make Huawei’s Payment Platform remarkable.

The bar is high but once you are in, you will be an integral part of an agile team that we are constructing at Huawei’s second largest Ramp;D institution outside China, and you will play a key role in one of the core products of Huawei Consumer Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate manual stuff as much as possible
• Create CI/CD pipelines
• Coordinate with other engineering teams to receive and implement cross-functional requirements
• Resolve problems proactively, deliver high-quality outputs
• Ensure availability of the platforms and products, troubleshoot the problems
• Perform infrastructure analysis and optimization
• Design and implement necessary tools to provide comprehensive monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, majoring in computer software or similar fields.
• 3-6 years of experience in building automated pipelines
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of working in Linux based environments
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of CI/CD practices, tools and toolkits.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with strong grasp of English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of deploying cloud-native and/or serverless application
• Solid knowledge of administering the network (ACLs, routing tables, firewall, VPN, NAT, load balancing and etc...)
• Loves to automate manual stuff
• Adaptive; responsive for on-demand changes
• Open for communication, prefer direct communication over emails, text, and etc.
• Open for collecting feedback and eager to improve
• Willing to search, learn and apply new technologies
