TELCO Billing Data Analyst

Implement building amp; testing of commercial offering/product of billing system designed to provide correct rating tariff of different business scenes for CCS system operation. Onsite BDC delivery team, implement offering/product building, offering/product test, develop script, understand requirements, and documentation verification.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years TELCO Operator Billing or TELCO IT integration experience is a must
• Qualifications: Past implementation of billing systems is preferred
• Industry background: Billing
• Education background: Computer / Electronics / Software Engineers
• Language: Turkish amp; English mandatory
• Background in software development (Linux OS commands amp; shell script / relationship database specially knowledge of Oracle/ Sqlserver / GaussDB in developer aspect )
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude, can work under high pressure
• Creative thinking skills
• Self-driven and goal oriented
