• Leading and inspiring the UX team, focusing on company goals, driving UX strategy and approach with cross-functional project teams that balance business requirements with customer/user needs

• Build a user experience organization that inspires innovation through creative ambition and collaborative development of ideas

• Coach team members and provide regular, effective feedback and reviews for who report to you to increase their impact, develop their design and soft skills to grow their careers

• Prioritize your team’s time and focus, placing team members on results-oriented work that complements their skills, career ambitions and growth opportunities

• Leading and facilitating workshops, end-to-end user research, usability testing, delivering strategic recommendations and designing user interfaces with confidence

• Set standards in tools and processes to bring the best research and design practices to ensure high quality insights and solutions

• Demonstrating experience using interactive prototypes, storyboards, movies, and other artifacts

• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a User Experience Designer or similar role,

• 1+ years of experience leading other designers either as a project lead or people manager

• Craft and mastery in multiple design skills, design thinking, and design process.

• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs.

• Portfolio that demonstrates UX/UI and visual design skills in digital products is a PLUS for evaluation.

• Experience with different platforms; (mobile and desktop) responsive web and applications design; preferably both B2C and B2B enterprise applications,

• In-depth knowledge of User Experience , creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, production assets, and documentation
• Experience in facilitating forms of quantitative and qualitative user research (e.g. usability testing, card sorting, participatory design sessions, etc.)

• Strong visual design knowledge on typography, colors, layout, latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with technology and product

• Experience with Agile environment, particularly integrating UX in the process

• Able to work amp; cooperate with project managers amp; product managers and multiple stakeholders for different projects.

• Willing to work in a multinational team with international and local clients.

• Proficiency in Adobe XD , Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Creative Suit etc.

• Working with complex backend systems

• Excellent communication, strong writing amp; organization skills.

• Able to present and defend team design decisions to a variety of audiences.

• Fluent English skill is PLUS
