Job Requirements
- Strong preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification and/or hands-on experience with SQL, Ampscript, SFMC Automation Studio, SFMC Journey Builder, SFMC Einstein Email Recommendations, Data Extensions, and Triggered Emails
- Design, build, execute, and optimize personalized marketing programs and campaigns using SFMC
- Create emails, email templates, landing pages, and automation programs in accordance with industry best practices and standards
- Test and QA marketing automation programs
- Manage the contact database; maintain segmentation; uphold data hygiene standards; optimize email deliverability.
- Oversee various technology integrations including CRM, testing platforms, and data enhancement tools
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative, and copy tests; consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators
- Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of programs; create projections and measure ROI.
- Monitor technology developments and trends; make recommendations for adoption
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Excellent project management skills to allow for timely planning, executing and reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-energy environment

- Fluent in English
- Previous experience working closely with CRM, email marketing and marketing automation systems, inbound marketing, A/B testing, and web analytics
- Managing eCRM campaigns using email marketing platforms to deliver measurable results (SFMC, Klaviyo, Oracle Eloqua, Related Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Have a track record of demonstrable results through testing and deploying effective email campaigns
- Proficiency in setting up marketing automation and email and integrating those systems with other technologies
