We are looking for a Real Estate - Business Development Administrator based in Istanbul, to help us grow our apartment portfolio in the area according to Blueground specifications and standards. You will focus on building our apartment supply in selected neighborhoods in Istanbul to further fuel our growth and market presence.

What you will focus on:

  • Manage inbound pipeline of new properties through Lead Management system Zoho,
  • Manage relations with Building Managements and communicate company procedures,
  • Track common area payments,
  • Present Blueground's value proposition, the essence of our business and the benefits of our product and services to Landlords though inbound calls,
  • Support Business Development Associates on document tracking and record retention

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal skills)
  • Strong desire to obtain new skills and exposure to working in a professional environment
  • Strong communication skills and with an eye-to-detail approach
  • Quick thinker and deal maker
  • Entrepreneurial curiosity and can do attitude suitable in a fast-growth, startup environment
