Responsibilities
- Manage HR team to achieve optimal performance and development and ensure operational excellence and quality in all Pamp;C functions
- Develop and maintain key people data and analytics as well as business intelligence to drive strategic priorities, advising appropriate course of action and decisions
- Develop,communicate and ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure understanding and acceptance; ensuring compliance and managing inquiries and investigations as required
- Desing and oversee the talent acquisition process to ensure attracts qualified diverse talents that reflect the diversity in our region and that are best fit for our culture and values
- Focus on improving the recruitment process by assessing and exploring recruitment channels to be able to achieve the recruitment objectives and keep updating KPI/metrics of recruitment by monthly basis
- Build a culture of performance and accountability across the organisation with oversight and continued development of the Performance Review amp; Development framework
- Lead continued development of organisational culture and staff engagement strategies
- Ensure the HR lifecycle of employees is managed in accordance with external standards as well as what works for us, and advise senior management on staff attraction and retention strategies,
- Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organizational development
- Manage and actively participate in our recruitment cycle to ensure a constant flow of the right candidates
- Create and implement HR processes and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to build the best employee experience
- Work closely with line managers to anticipate their needs
- Ensure legal compliance in all areas of responsibility
- Focus on business solutions and employee advocacy to ensure a consistent and practical approach to all employee relationship concerns
- Develop and strategise systems and staff benefits to reward current staff and increase staff retention,
- Organising amp; hosting team building activities/ team retreats / internal events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent combination of educational and work experience in a relevant area.
- 7+ years’ experience in Human Resource/People amp; Culture management; knowledge of international development and global people practices are a plus
- Experience with Equality, Diversity, amp; Inclusion strategies and efforts
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities
- Flexible, resilient, and able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent negotiating skills relating to recruitment, staff relations, and conflict resolution
- Excellent knowledge in labor and employment law
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent people and team management skills
