We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for their growing team. This job requires on-site work and is located in Asia Side, Istanbul.

Job Requirements
- Responsible for all HR processes (recruitment, performance management, reporting etc.)
- Deliver a valued and trusted generalist HR function including recruitment, employee relations, talent and performance management, change management amp; culture, training and development, HR administration, Benefits
- Lead initiatives that benefit the business and customer satisfaction through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity,
- Collaborate with his/her international counterparts for HR projects
- Ensure the writing and compliance of local HR documentation
- Assisting top management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities of Talent Assessment and Talent Development
- Determining best solutions to the issues as related to functions in his/her responsibility area
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Similar experience in Human Resources
- Good knowledge in the recruitment process, performance system, and organizational development
- English knowledge is a must
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills
- Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timelines
- Proven success in executing HR strategy at a national and/or regional level
- Experience in managing HR initiatives that will drive business objectives (i.e. growth)
- Experience in briefing and working with external partners for recruitment and development
