Requirements
This person will be responsible for developing our Question Creators community; by increasing the variety, quality, and number of questions on Coensio.
The main goals are:
- Headhunting for technical question creation.
- Day-to-day management of Question Creator Community and 1-1 communication with Question Creators.
- Contributing to potential Creator candidate research and managing communications with them.
- Creating insights from Creator correspondence and integrating these insights into day-to-day work.
- Communicating with Creator candidates, leading them to become active Creators within the Creator Community.
- Preparing quantitative Creator progress reports. Providing insightful proposals by combining these reports with qualitative observations.
- Identify and prioritize unmet Creators' needs, and translate them into insights and proposals.
The main KPIs are creator community (the number of question creators that we can work with), question coverage (the percentage of questions suitable for our assessments), question quality (the average user point of all questions)
