What you will do:

  • Improving our recruitment processes by taking steps to ensure a positive candidate experience,
  • Communicating with hiring managers to decide on qualifications for positions
  • Determining the positions' needs,
  • Creating job postings and publishing them on the relevant career portals,
  • Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.),
  • Making screening calls for the first touch and evaluating fit on existing and upcoming positions and roles,
  • Scheduling the hiring managers' interviews of the potential candidates,
  • Providing information about the process to candidates in the evaluation process,
  • Preparing interview evaluation reports in the appropriate format,
  • Providing reference checks,
  • Execution of internal candidate processes,
  • Execution of consultancy processes if recruitment consultancy is received,
  • Planning and monitoring the orientation processes of the candidates,
  • Maintaining and updating all employee personnel files,
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
  • At least 2 years of experience in internal recruitment processes,
  • Confident in using recruitment platforms and candidate tracking systems such as LinkedIn, Kariyer.Net, etc.,
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to build a successful company,
  • Willing to work and be successful in a dynamic startup environment,
  • Willing to be one of Coensio's cultural representatives,
  • Being great great team player,
  • Fluent in English to be able to follow global developments in the business field and take part in the company's global communication processes,
