We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst for our client's growing team.

Job Requirements

• Utilize analytical methods to analyze and report performance to track optimization metrics
• Ensure quality and reliability of data obtained from various sources (ensuring that data contains required information for analytics and modeling)
• Perform in-depth analysis of data to provide key insights
• Perform trend analysis on data to provide recommendations
• Identify and solve data-oriented problems
• Analyze data using Excel and R and make forecasts based on historical data
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
• Drill down on results (problem-solving analysis) and conduct custom analysis
• Document requirements and processes established to research, forecast, and analyze data
• Automate data extraction and report generation processes to minimize manual intervention
• Data extraction using SQL for EDW expansion and other analyses for various clients
• Data wrangling to prepare data for analysis, forecasting, and dashboards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Computer Sciences/Mathematics or any other quantitative field preferred
• Similar experience in related field
• Strong SQL and DBMS skill set
• Strong quantitative analysis skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Data wrangling and transformation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and capability to adapt to new problems through self-initiated collaboration amp; question asking session
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment
• The ability to work effectively across functions, levels, and disciplines
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge and understanding of statistical concepts
• Familiarity with ad-hoc data analysis; SQL is a must and knowledge of R/Python is preferable
• Able to work 12pm to 9pm TR time (There is flexibility in work timings)
