We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist (Decisioning)for our client's growing team.

• Working in the client environment to harness the client database in order to produce high-quality data sets that will be used in modeling pipelines
• The role consists of wrangling and analyzing data with cutting-edge tools, e.g. SQL, Phyton, and R
• The data scientist is expected to work collaboratively with the client, data engineering teams, researchers, and software engineers
• Ensure data quality and integrity, interpret and analyze data problems
• Conceive, plan, and prioritize data projects, build analytic systems and predictive models
• Test performance of data-driven products
• Experiment with new models and techniques, align data projects with organizational goals

Candidate Requirements

• MSc in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Artificial Intelligence, or any other relevant field
  
• Strong experience with statistics and machine learning
• Strong knowledge of SQL, R, and Phyton
• Fluency in English
• Similar experience in data science
• Similar experience leading data science teams
• Strong ability for story-telling with data
• Strong business insight
• Willingness to acquire new skills and work collaboratively
• Very good communication skills
• Ph.D. in one of the fields listed above is a plus
• Strong software development and data engineering skills is a plus
• Having a strong research background is a plus
