We are looking for an experienced IMEA Sales amp; Operations Execution Manager (Supply Chain) for Istanbul Anatolian Side. This role will be responsible for India, the Middle East, and South Africa. This position directly reports to the Country Customer Experience Head.

Job Requirements

• Increase the maturity level of organization for the Samp;OE and Samp;OP end-to-end processes for the given country cluster across all SBUs
• Direct responsibility for independently driving end-to-end Samp;OE and Samp;OP processes for respective countries for all SBUs. Ensure Samp;OE amp; Samp;OP process efficiency with regular health checks. Continuously work on improving the quality of the deck for country Samp;OEs
• Identifies, develops and implements process improvement plans to optimize Samp;OE amp; Samp;OP processes to meet company objectives for quality, cost, responsiveness, and growth
• Participate in Demand amp; Supply Reviews Monitoring and continuously improving the efficiency of Demand Supply Reviews amp; Regional Samp;OP meetings in collaboration with Business Planning and Supply Planning managers
• Ensure that issues and imbalances which are identified during the monthly Samp;EO and Samp;OP cycles are cross-functionally reviewed, resolved, or escalated with recommendations and alternatives for closure
• Check forecast accuracy results on monthly basis together with gap analysis and improvement plans
• Assist in developing the annual capacity requirements, providing longer-term analysis of demand to assist AO leadership in assessing longer-term capital and capacity needs
• Drive an approved Constrained Business Plan as a result of the Samp;OE and Samp;OP cycles

Candidate Requirements

• MBA with specialization in Supply Chain/ Operations
• Similar experience in the related field
• Experience with SAP/APO/PFS+ or similar
• Demonstrated achievement of reducing working capital/increasing service level through demand and supply planning optimization
• Experience in running an Samp;OP process, ,with strong communication and stakeholder management experience
