Our well-known global client operates worldwide with leading innovations, brands, and technologies.

We are looking for an experienced IMEA Service Strategy Manager (Supply Chain) for Istanbul Anatolian Side. This role will be responsible for India, the Middle East, and South Africa. This position directly reports to the Country Customer Experience Head.

  • Review and Update Customer Segmentation between Target Customers (G4 amp; G5) amp; Transactional Customers (G1/ G2/ G3) in alignment with Business Goals
  • Define, Track amp; Update appropriate performance metrics related to Service Strategy
  • Define and implement Service Catalogue and track adherence including Minimum Shelf life, Return Policy, MOV, Rush Delivery Conditions, Surcharge Conditions, etc.
  • Increased Service Value for Target Customers and reduce the cost of serving Transactional Customers while staying ahead of competitors
  • To understand the Customer Journey Plan in collaboration with the sales team and ensure Service Plan remains valuable throughout the customer journey
  • Increase digital touchpoints as well as manual interaction of the company with Target Customers to satisfy both rational and emotional needs
  • Ensure minimal need of manual intervention for Transactional Customers
  • Ensure training of customers wherever needed in collaboration with Sales amp; CS
  • Ensure integration of the company’s Supply Chain Interfaces, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools with that of Target Customers
  • Understands the Voice of Customer and enhances the effectiveness of inputs/actions VOC tracking
  • Ensure alignment of other functions toward the defined Customer Service Strategy
  • Be the first point of contact for any new service requests from SBUs (for example new supply network, new warehouse, etc)
  • Involvement in distribution strategy differentiation of services provided by the distributor vs. the company

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor amp; MBA Degree and similar experience in the related field is required
  • Experience in shaping SC / Planning
  • Experience with SAP/APO is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding research and analytical abilities
