Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operation, maintenance, backup and continuity of all server systems of the company,
- Managing and backing up the company's network infrastructure, analyzing logs and tracking events, ensuring continuous operation,
- Operation, maintenance, backup and continuity of company network and server security systems
- To carry out ISO 27001 Information Security Management System studies and to ensure the continuity of the certificate
- Company data storage unit management, security, redundancy, maintenance,
- Managing the system room and data cabling infrastructure of the building,
- Providing technical support to Business Analysts and Software Engineers on hardware systems during problems, requests and project work,
- Monitoring developments and technologies in the field of Information Technologies, investigating their applicability to existing structures, and carrying out studies to put these projects into use when necessary,
- Capacity planning for hardware systems,
- Managing the system and network infrastructure in accordance with the security criteria determined by the company and carrying out studies to comply with these criteria,
- Making documentation related to the managed systems and keeping them up to date.
Requirements
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technologies
- Knowledge of network device management and network protocols
- Experienced in the management of systems such as database, virtualization, backup
- Have relevant certifications (MCITP, CCNA, etc.)
- SOC knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and has worked in quality studies
- Experienced in information security, able to create relevant reports and documentation
- Good command of English
- Customer-oriented, successful in human relations
- Advanced planning and organizational skills
- Successful in time management and solution oriented.
