Right now, we are launching robot_dreams in Turkey is a school for IT specialists and analysts, where we teach how to create the future. The team is growing, so we are looking for a Learning Strategist, who understands people from the IT sphere and makes learning processes comfortable and challenging in a good way.
Your future tasks will be:
- analyze the market and find out the needs of our audience
- form the learning goals, which must be achieved by students during the course and the skills they need to develop
- design educational programs (idea, concept, format of course) in cooperation with the lecturer
- control the process of the course from the first lecture to the last diploma
- prepare recommendations for the: format of the online lesson, presentation of educational material, and lecturer’s communication with students
- introduce the new methods and approaches to learning
- analyze the feedback from students and lecturers, and develop plans for course improvement
Our perfect candidate is:
- an IT geek by nature, but want to work in online education and influence the learning process
- fluent in Turkish, good in English (you will be in touch with our HQ team)
- love to build relationships with people for mutual benefit
- can research quickly, deeply, and on any subject
- know how to analyze courses in order to see the opportunities for the improvement
- is able to explain complex things in simple language
- does not afraid to be responsible for several courses at the same time
Will be an advantage:
- minimal experience in working with an educational content / designing educational programs
