You will report directly to the Head of Excellence Centre EU+UK.
You are responsible for:
- Partnering with and providing support to business leaders on HR policies and change management.
- Coordinating/executing organizational development initiatives in Movus Expansion plans
- providing consultative support to business managers on performance issues, employee relations, employee development, and performance management; perform operational activities in support of all these areas.
- supporting compliance efforts, including job description revisions, policy updates, and audits
- serving as a liaison to external recruiting agencies /vendors to effectively manage recruiting and talent acquisition activities.
- managing communications and reporting on ongoing performance management processes (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual reviews and ongoing coaching).
- acting as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- manages complex HR Projects cross-functionally
- Recruiting key talent for the internal client
- Acting as the performance improvement driver and provoking positive changes in the people management
- Designing and maintaining organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
- Designing succession plans for key talent and key job positions
- Challenging the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Excellent command of local language with proficency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel,a knowledge of Human Resources software applications
- Experience in a HR generalist role, preferably with an international company
