We are looking for an experienced International Talent Lead who will source mid-senior level talents in EMEA, APAC, US and LATAM, ensure the right capabilities are selected, manage recruiting processes end-to-end, work very closely with clients and ensure successful placement for each project.

· Deeply understand the client's expectations and strategic considerations
· Identify, attract and assess mid-senior candidates globally using different sourcing channels including LinkedIn, ATS etc.
· Manage, mentor and coach talent partners in the team
· Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate amp; client experience to deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
· Foster trust-based relationships with people both clients, candidates and Uplifters
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who is result-driven, hungry to learn, gets excited to take on new challenges, and wants to upskill his/her talent acquisition capabilities further.
· Similar past experience in the recruiting field is mandatory
· Fluent in English both conversational and written
· Growth mindset and positive approach
· Team coaching and mentoring skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
· Experience closing mid to senior-level candidates and negotiating compensation packages
· Experience working with key stakeholders and leadership
· Takes ownership and effectively manages time and process across role
