The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest level of full lifecycle recruitment services to internal stakeholders and candidates, through the Company's sourcing and selection processes and procedures. A high level of creativity, short- and long-term recruiting vision, business acumen and personal organization is required.


As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your tasks will include the following:

  • Prepare amp; post vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Source, pre-screen and interview candidates
  • Utilise the full range of talent sourcing tools including business and social networking sites; direct approaches/ headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; referrals and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain networks, both internally and externally, in the organization to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
  • Manage the approval process and offer negotiations
  • Build rapport and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Participate in initiatives that aim to enhance the employer branding of the company


What we look for:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field (a Master's degree in HR will be considered as an asset)
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Familiarity with recruitment software (ie. candidate databases amp; applicant tracking systems)
  • Proven knowledge of head hunting techniques and use of Linkedin
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced IT Literacy is required. ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management, personal organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional closing and negotiation skills are required

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security ch
