Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user requirements and create designs that meet their needs,
- Developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and developers,
- Creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that meet industry standards and best practices,
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs,
- Participating in design reviews and making recommendations for improvements,
- Maintaining design consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle,
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies,
- Preparing designs on corporate identity and marketing posts for social media.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree must be in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or comparable university education,
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications,
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished products,
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Figma, etc.,
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation purposes,
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, best practices, and industry standards,
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Below are more than welcome;
- Experience in designing for web applications with React, SPA, or microservices architecture,
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries such as ECharts and D3.js,
- Knowledge of usability testing tools such as UserTesting.com and Hotjar,
- Experience with agile methodologies.
