Their portfolio of modular services and solutions can be deployed in custom configurations, providing operators with flexible and robust protection to meet precise requirements.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps amp; Implementation Engineer for our client's growing team.

Job Requirements

• Part of the team responsible for delivering, upgrading, and maintaining the products and all the automation systems.
• Work closely with developers, operations, QA, etc. on deploying and maintaining the products
• Help in the architecture and design of new deployments
• Deploy proof of concept (PoC) for new technologies
• Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments on developed or installed solutions
• Work with automation tools etc. to improve performance, deployment procedures, and reliability of the company solutions.
• Analyse, diagnose, and solve performance issues on various software such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Linux, Docker, Puppet, Ansible, etc
• Helps to ensure that the required documentation is in place and of good quality
• Helps to ensure that the necessary non-functional requirements are met

Candidate Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent is highly desirable, however, candidates with good attitude/work experience will be considered
• Being willing to always learn and research new technologies
• Able to work with various teams to obtain a common goal
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of Linux administration (such as Ubuntu)
• Knowledge of scripting languages is highly desirable (such as Bash, PHP, Python)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins/Puppet/Ansible is a plus
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a Java environment is desirable
• Passion for building and refining the company products and the middleware that keeps them all together
• Passion for Linux and open-source software
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Able to work closely with other teams
